This machine is a process of a combined blowing and carding machine, which is suitable for grabbing various grades of raw cotton and cotton-type chemical fibers. The grabbed cotton bundle is transported by the airflow to the next blowroom equipment for further processing.

2. Main features

Two cotton-grabbing thugs, no matter whether the first one is moving forward or backward, one of the cotton-grabbing thugs always grabs the cotton in the forward direction, and the other is the cotton grab in the reverse direction. The beater suspension device driven by the motor raises the beater who grabs the cotton in the reverse direction. The height of the rise can be adjusted as needed to prevent the beater from grasping the cotton too deeply, so that the load of the two beaters at work is basically the same, reducing belts, Wear of bearings and other mechanical parts. The upper and lower floating double saw blade beaters grab the cotton tufts with uniform size and small dispersion, so as to realize the requirements of fine, small, and even cotton pieces at the beginning of the blowing-carding process. The gap drop of the grabbing arm can be steplessly adjusted within the range of 0.1-19.9mm/time; the walking speed of the grabbing trolley when working is 5-16m/min frequency conversion speed regulation.
