This machine is the connecting device between the carding machine and the cleaning unit. A pressure sensor is installed in the cotton distribution main pipe to ensure uniform cotton density in the cotton feeding box. The lower cotton box adopts a fan and circulates air through static pressure diffusion, so that the pressure of the lower cotton box in the entire machine frame is even. The imported pressure sensor is used to control the feeding roller speed of the upper cotton box according to the pressure of the lower cotton box, which ensures that the pressure of the lower cotton box is more stable. Adopts forward cotton feeding and elastic grip. It adopts a spiral arrangement of comb needle beaters, and the fiber damage is small.
